Disconnect one account

On the Accounts page in tenfeeds, select the disconnect icon next to the account. We revoke our access at the platform where the platform allows it, delete that account’s token right away, and cancel scheduled posts to it.

Delete everything

Email privacy@tenfeeds.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account, connected-account tokens, uploaded media and post history, and email you a confirmation:

• YouTube and Google data: within 7 days
• LinkedIn data: right away
• X data: within 24 hours
• Everything else: within 30 days

Encrypted backups are overwritten within 7 days. Server logs are deleted within 90 days. We keep billing records only where tax law requires it.

Remove tenfeeds from a platform

You can also revoke access from the platform itself. Menu names can change slightly between app versions.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → tenfeeds → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → tenfeeds → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → tenfeeds → Remove.
• YouTube and Google Business Profile: open security.google.com/settings/security/permissions → tenfeeds → Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → tenfeeds → Remove access.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → tenfeeds → Revoke access.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services → tenfeeds → Remove.
• Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps → tenfeeds → Revoke access.
• Bluesky: disconnect it in tenfeeds, or revoke the session from your Bluesky account settings.

When we detect that you removed tenfeeds on a platform, we delete the data we hold for that account on the same timelines.
